Any refund applications are subject to a $25 administration fee.
- Club membership fees and any dues paid to the Alberta Fencing Association are non-refundable.
- Bouting fees are refundable for time remaining, in full month blocks; pro-rated fee is subject to an administration fee. Partial months are not credited.
- Course fees are non-refundable once a course has started, unless a medical form is provided, and a credit for the course will be provided.
- Club training fees are refunded (pro-rated) if 30 days notice is given.
Withdrawal and transfers may be permitted prior to the start of the course and will be subject to an administration fee. After the start of the course, no refund or transfer will be permitted.
Course cancellation by the Gladiators Fencing Club
All courses are subject to cancellation, pending adequate registration. Every effort will be made to transfer participants to a suitable alternative course. If not possible, a full refund will be issued to the participant or a credit may be applied to their name for later use according to the customer's preference.
Course withdrawals by the participant
All course withdrawals are subject to an administration fee.
Members may makeup up to two missed class times at an appropriate course time at the approval of a club coach. Members who are making up classes should arrange to have equipment in advance so as not to disrupt the scheduled group. The maximum of two makeup classes is on the honour system with club members.
Course fees are non-refundable if the course has started unless a medical withdrawal form is submitted, and credit for the course will be provided. Withdrawals are permitted prior to the start of the course and will be subject to an administration (fee of $25).
Deadline to withdraw with a refund is 10 days prior to the start of the course. Withdrawals on or after the deadline, no refund will be permitted.
